Customer Service Specialist

Due to growth our client needs to add a Customer Service Specialist to their staff. You must have experience with HVAC or Refrigeration systems to do this job. They are located near Waukesha and are commutable to most of SE Wisconsin. This is a great company and enjoyable place to work.
Requirements:
1. Technical Associates degree and at least 1 year of work with Refigeration or HVAC equipment or 3
years hands on work experience in Refrigeration or HVAC
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Need strong organizational and follow through skills
Duties:
1. Respond to all incoming phone inquiries in order to effectively manage and service customer accounts post sale for installation, warranty, and service issues.
2. Utilize company software systems to retrieve sales orders, check order warranty status, and recommend revisions as need
3. Interact with all levels of the company as needed to fulfill the goal of making the customer happy.
The company offers a comprehensive benefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
