This position is primarily responsible for providing placement and pickup of product to customers, inventory tracking, and routine maintenance/replacement of product. This includes basic service of product, completing paperwork for billing, tracking of product for inventory, and completion of bed rounds for service and cleaning. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining relations with a variety of customers/clients (i.e., Acute Care, LTAC or Nursing Home Personnel, Patients, etc.).
Must possess or be able to complete requirements of Department of Transportation (DOT) physical (for further details visit http:

Screening requirements include:
Drug testing, Background investigation and DOT physical
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Loads equipment from warehouse onto delivery vehicle
Delivers and sets-up medical equipment and supplies
Instructs client or caregiver on the basic use of the equipment.
Performs basic safety assessment and ensures that client is knowledgeable about product safety.
Picks up used equipment.
Cleans, disinfects, repairs and troubleshoots specialty medical equipment.
Assists the Operations Manager as required. Operates van or16ft box truck on company property or public roadways.
Records transactions on customer receipt.
Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.
Records sales or delivery information.
Resolves service complaints following established company guidelines.
Restocks vehicle as needed.
All employees are required to attend education workshops on excellent customer service, review pertinent industry literature, attend in-services on new product(s) and technology when provided, and avails self of audio and videotapes for additional training.
Maintains company vehicle and assures vehicle safety.
Records transactions on customer receipt.
Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Records sales or delivery information.
Resolves service complaints following established company guidelines.
Restocks vehicle as needed.
All employees are required to attend educational workshops, review pertinent industry literature, attend in-services on new product(s) and technology.
Position Requirements
Required Skills
High school graduate or General Equivalency Degree (GED); or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Aptitude for effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to make decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.
Skilled at maintaining excellent quality in a fast paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with patients, medical staff and co-workers.
Adept at trouble shooting and problem solving
Above average attention to detail
Ability to organize task assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
Must be able to back vehicle with the use of mirror to maneuver in an around tight areas and receiving docks.
Solid customer service focus, capability to meet customer needs within established guidelines.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
