As a part time customer service representative you will be tasked with speaking with homeowners and other employees to coordinate schedules, as well as set up and maintain appointments.
Responsibilities:
-Answering incoming calls/making outgoing calls
-Speaking with customers over the phone
-Dispatching inspectors
-Setting appointments
