JOB DUTIES;
Provide leadership and foster teamwork
Work well with Construction Managers within the company to communicate clearly with crew to ensure projects are completed with quality and in a timely fashion
Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, seed, sod
Build retaining walls
Grade using hand tools as well as skid steer
Properly identify shrubs and trees
Problem solve to generate effective solutions
QUALIFICATIONS;
Exceptional communicator
Organized and able to set priorities
Must have a good understanding of landscape installation methods and techniques
Must be able to think a step ahead and anticipate future processes
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Speak English
Possess a high degree of motivation and strong work ethic
Minimum 2 years experience installing landscapes
Able to lift and move heavy objects
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Proficient in operating various landscape tools and equipment
Able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications
Experience in driving trucks, trailers, and machinery
CDL a plus
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, background and ability.
You must be available to work during the season Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
- Paid overtime averages 20 hours after 40 hours

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
