Description


My client is looking for a project manager that has strong background in construction management. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards


  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
