The Retail Associate is responsible for processing donated goods in the retail stores.
This includes sorting, pricing, and placing items on the sales floor.
What will you do? Responsible for sorting donated items and determining if items are sellable.
Responsible for determining sale prices and placing items on the sales floor in their correct location.
Must be able to reach and maintain production goals.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly production area with safety practices enforced.
Responsible for keeping display fixtures and sales floor neat and orderly.
Responsible for maintaining excellent and courteous relations with customers in the retail store and for providing good customer service.
Cross train in other departments as needed.
Complete all assigned training and attend all mandatory meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Ability to communicate with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative, and pleasant manner.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
Ability to use all Store equipment, including phones, registers and PC as required.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store as required.
Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
Flexibility to adapt and change duties as needed by the store management.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
