As a Trailer Technician at North Central Utility, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by performing mechanical repairs and maintenance on trailers.
You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians, ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
This is safety sensitive position, requiring pre-employment and post-accident drug testing.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections of trailers to assess and diagnose any mechanical issuesRepair and replace damaged or worn-out parts to restore trailers to their optimal conditionDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systemsPerform welding, fabrication, and cutting tasks as neededEnsure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and safety guidelinesDocument all repairs and maintenance work accurately for record-keeping purposesCommunicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer serviceAssist other team members as needed and collaborate on larger projectsKeep up-to-date with industry advancements and latest technologies in trailer repairRequirements:
