Continuously monitor video and alarm feeds emanating from several remote locations Evaluate incoming physical threat notifications for potential impacts to the client's people, worksites, or global business operations Triage incoming tickets and/or coordinate an appropriate response to urgent matters Respond to all requests from Global Security & Safety team members, which may include investigations assistance, intelligence gathering, threat monitoring, and critical incident response initiatives Requirements:

18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License required Stable employment history No criminal past Detail oriented Operates with a sense of urgency Excellent computer skills Reliable and self-motivated Calm, polite, and professional Superior level of customer service Flexible schedule; i.

Qualifications:
