Innovative Construction Solutions is seeking and individual that has exceptional attention to detail and an analytical acumen to join our team.
This position will assist the Software Implementation Team in entering of transactional data into Viewpoint Spectrum software system that is currently being implemented.
Focused individuals that can handle any situation, work independently, and provide highly accurate results will succeed in this position.
With this position part-time, seasonal and project based candidates will be considered.
For self-driven, fast learning, candidates this is a great opportunity to get started with a Midwestern leader in the retail construction environment.
Note, this position is a temporary part-time position from now until the end of May 2024.
Data Entry Skills required:
Typing speed and 10 key numerical efficiency.
High degree of accuracy Attention to detail.
Efficient and productive.
Self-Motivated and able to work independently.
Time Management.
Effective communicator.
Problem solving skillset Understand basic Microsoft Windows file explorer environment Comfortable with basic software.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Data Entry Experience with ERP systems.
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and online forms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
