Bazaar Home Decorating is a well-established family-owned window treatment business seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist with answering phones, making confirmation calls, and processing customer orders.

Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones:
Be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a helpful attitude.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assisting with any concerns.
Quickbooks:
Enter all new orders into computer system, manage customer payments and enter all invoices as they come in.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
Collaborate with our sales and production teams to facilitate the smooth flow of orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Customer Support:
Offer exceptional support to customers throughout their journey with us.
Address questions, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with general administrative duties as required, maintaining accurate records and files related to customer interactions.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Quickbooks Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly phone manner.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
