We have 5 offices located in Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Johnson Creek, Mukwonago, and Slinger.
This position is for our Waukesha office but would also require traveling to other locations when needed.
Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, entering patient information, collecting payments, and a multitude of other tasks.
Candidate must be extremely personable, eager to learn, and computer proficient.
Office/Scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
Willing to train the right person.
Full time is 36-37 hours per week - day off per week! No evenings or weekends! Competitive compensation rate based on experience.
