You will be one of the first people that our customers will speak to.
We need a friendly voice to answer the phone and talk with our customers about scheduling jobs, setting up estimates, and other questions.
We also would need help with invoicing and other clerical duties.

? Answering phones (with a big smile on your face!) ? Scheduling jobs and sales calls ? Customer follow up ? Replying to emails, texts and private messages from a variety of communication portals ? Invoicing customers and logging payments ? Onboarding new team members.
? Managing our social media activity (frequent posts of information relevant to our customers, on multiple platforms) ? Working closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine around here.
We are a small service based exterior cleaning business that has a strong belief in team work.

Past experience in scheduling is recommended.
We have multiple crews and up to 30 appointments scheduled a week so the ability to work customer needs into a smooth schedule is a requirement.
