This position is negotiable for 30 or 40 hours per week.
We aim to fill this position no later than April 1st, 2024.
Relocation and housing are not provided for this position.
This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
Description Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies including human resources, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and labor relations.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Participates in onboarding processes such as orientations or compliance.
Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion particularly as related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action, and diversity initiatives.
Assists with preparation of plans, policies, documents, and reports including EEO-1, Affirmative Action plans, organizational charts, labor agreements, and employee handbooks.
Assists with benefit enrollment, qualifying event benefit changes, and benefit renewal.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum associate degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Valid driver's license, own means of transportation, and willingness to drive to events within 200 miles of the home office as needed.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds when transporting recruiting display equipment or during other work-related tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
