AEW is an award-winning sales and service distributor of automatic sliding, swinging, and revolving door products.
The service coordinator is a critical position in the service side of the business.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch service calls to technicians.
Take incoming customer calls.
Process incoming paperwork and parts from technicians.
Management of service email in box.
Maintain preventative maintenance renewals and associated paperwork.
Follow up with customers on service.
Assist service manager as needed, including sending quotes to customers.
Constant communication with technicians and customers Requirements:
Strong ability to multi-task and be productive in a demanding environment.
Outstanding organizational skills Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced work setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills Establishes strong relationship with management team.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Team player Efficient routing of technicians.
