Specific duties include scheduling all appointments for the patient, working with referring dental practices, creating and maintaining patient records, collecting insurance information and co-pays, working with various computer software programs, interpreting medical and dental plans and maintaining a positive, professional attitude in order to assure that the patient receives the best possible care.
Dental/medical experience is preferred.
