This unique and dynamic position is a part-time role and is perfect for an individual who desires to work with a cutting edge company transforming the way dance teams showcase themselves.
The purpose of this role is to assist with all tasks vital to customer service and success.
The individual in this position will work closely with the CEO and must be organized, self-driven, proactive, and have a passion for exceptional customer service.
This position will be primarily remote, but will require 1-2 days in office and in person training.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role):
This position is for a person that meets the following:
You must be a hard worker and willing to grow with our fast growing company You need to be a people person and willing to speak at tradeshows Can work in Google Sheets/Docs.
Be willing to travel (up to 7-8 weekends/year) Can stay on top of a growing to-do list without needing reminders Instagram & Facebook knowledgeable Highly organized Availability to monitor social media channels daily, including evenings and weekends as needed Detail-oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills Reliable internet connection Communicate any issues or questions Take on additional projects as needed If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
