We are a home health & hospice agency providing services in clients' homes from Green Bay/Appleton to Kenosha/Racine and from Waukesha/Oconomowoc to Lake Michigan.
Our home office is located in Germantown, with branch offices in Fond du Lac and Appleton.
We are currently in need of a Full-Time OASIS REVIEWER (32-40 hours per week) in our Germantown, Fond du Lac, or Waukesha office.
May be able to work from home after training completed.
An experienced home health care, certified OASIS reviewer with solid computer skills is preferred or candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with OASIS.
HomeCare HomeBase is our electronic medical records system.
As documents are submitted by the field clinicians, the OASIS Reviewer will review the quality of the documentation to assure the OASIS and diagnosis are pertinent to the plan of care, are accurate and complete.
Ongoing education and communication with field clinicians is essential in this role.
This role includes transmission of the OASIS document and maintaining knowledge of current regulations as they relate to electronic submissions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
