As a Lead Guest Service Representative, you will play an important role in making sure all guests have the best experience.
Qualified applicants will have:
At least two years of customer service and/or sales experience (hotel customer service preferred).
Have good computer skills.
Passion for delivering GREAT customer service.
Take reservations effectively and register guests in the hotel with a smile and courteous manner.
Complete daily paperwork including areas such as cash drawer management, adjustment documentation and proper billing of guests.
Respond quickly and effectively to all guest requests and complaints while always upholding a professional demeanor.
Keep a professional image at all times by adhering to the appearance standards of Extended Stay America.
