GPS Ed is seeking a candidate to join our Client Solutions Team to aid in supporting the execution of customized programs created for schools, businesses, and communities.
This position requires an individual with communication skills that can support trust and build relationships with stakeholders from both education and industry.
Position
Responsibilities:
? Enters data and information into various data and execution tools including CRM, Project planning software, spreadsheets, and database resources.
? Front line interaction with stakeholders to support their engagement in WBL programming with focus on case/cohort of partners, and/or students, and their readiness and continued engagement in project activities.
? Escalate and document stakeholder issues and concerns with strong communication and customer service focus to project leads for action.
? Support creation and delivery of presentations to stakeholder groups to promote, train, and engage them in project processes and activities.

Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively tailor a message to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills to work with both internal and external customers.
