Primary responsibilities of this position include:
Answering multi-line telephone system to assist patients/prospective patients with appointments, scheduling and questions about our clinic, services and/or medical staff Sales minded approach when speaking with prospective patients about our clinic and our clinic's programs Greeting patients and verifying demographics Collecting and documenting payments Corresponding with patients/prospective patients via email Maintaining confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA and all other appropriate laws Assisting patients with supplement purchases Other administrative tasks as assigned This position requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can adapt quickly and multi-task effectively.
Ideal candidates must be team-minded, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Office 365 (Outlook & Word) and EHRs (Electronic Health Records).
The ideal candidate must be comfortable dealing with children, the elderly, and individuals with special needs.
