Customer service is paramount to Stein's Aircraft Services and team members are expected to exceed client expectations.
Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and ability to suggest and knowledgeably discuss information regarding other company offered products and services Data entry and Invoicing Open and maintaining new and repeat customer accounts Resolves product or service problems as required Fielding radio calls from aircraft and line service Concierge duties Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Prioritize responsibilities Daily problem solving General Office Cleaning Other tasks and duties as assigned Requirements Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays, is a must as our operations are 365 days a year.
Customer service experience is required.
Knowledge in aviation is a plus.
