Work Schedule:
this position is intended to work year around, 10-15 hours per week.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Example of Duties Watches over ice skaters (on the ice, while skating), ensuring safe activity.
Assists with skate lessons and scorekeeping.
Passes out and cleans skates.
Sells beverages and snacks.
Operates POS cash register and adheres to cash handling policies.
Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
Performs basic cleaning (sweeping, mopping and trash removal).
Provides great customer service.
Interacts with customers and coworkers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications 8th grade education.
Ability to skate.
Recent cash handling and customer service work experience.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
Ability to accurately count and handle money.
Knowledge of basic food safety and handling.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 10-20 lbs, on an occasional basis.
Supplemental Information This is a limited term position available from April though November.
When the term is over, it is considered a voluntary resignation.
Prior to hiring, the final candidate may be subject to work/education/certification reference(s) and a criminal background and driver's license check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
