This position will be responsible for working closely with management team and performing functions including - Compile, edit, and processes billings for staff members Process client invoices Work with department leaders to establish special payment arrangements, resolve complex client billing issues, and establish billing formats Enter, update and monitor system information for accuracy Establish and maintain relationships with clients and outside vendors Special projects as assigned Qualifications - Associates Degree strongly preferred 3
years accounting assistant billing, and/or accounts payable experience in a service environment Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Advanced Microsoft Office (ideally Microsoft 365), and billing software experience We are searching for someone with exceptional attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a strong client focus.
Salary range $55,000 - $57,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits and wonderful work environment!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
