Field Service Coordinator

TechniBlend is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our Service team here in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Aftermarket Group in all aspects of field service including scheduling, staffing assignments, Planning, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site and remote work.
In this role, you will:
Quote, process and oversee field service orders Manage spare part/rebuild kit requests and communications to the customer Manage and maintain field service reports created by technicians in Salesforce Maintain excellent records Effectively manage service technicians' scheduling and calendars Manage field service expenses and billed time to create and manage the invoicing and billing process for field service Enter and manage data in Syteline (ERP) Maintain excellent proactive communication with customers Participate in inventory management exercises to maintain accurate levels needed to support product lines for field service Participate in weekly engineering/service staffing meetings to work hand in hand on scheduling Maintains organization and maintenance of field service equipment.
