Good customer service skills and the ability to talk with customers in person or by phone regarding delivery of flowers and plants.
Good spelling skills required.
Friendly and positive attitude required.

Must have a clean driving record and a valid Wisconsin driver's license.

The ability to use a computer with typing skills and the ability to learn delivery computer skills.
GPS skills a plus.
Must be able to accurately read a map.

Must be able to perform physical activities that require use of your arms and legs, moving your whole body, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to be on your feet or driving for several hours at a time.

Must be able to use care with flowers and plants and common sense about how to package and move products for safe delivery.

Must be able to prioritize deliveries according to time and by routing all deliveries to the same zones, keeping in mind hours of operation for businesses, schools, funeral homes, etc.
Occasional Sunday hours may be required.

Perform general cleaning duties in the store, such as removing garbage to the dumpsters, breaking down boxes and removing them to the dumpsters, cleaning and sweeping, simple maintenance, shoveling and mowing when necessary.
8.
The ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, vendors and customers and provide information via email, written form, by telephone and in person.
