Eras Senior Network Eras Senior Network Waukesha, WI Waukesha, WI Part-time Part-time $13 - $16 an hour $13 - $16 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago We are looking for a part time driver to transport our clients who are seniors and adults with disabilities in one of our two minivans.
We transport our clients to medical appointment, grocery shopping and other errands Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
The exact schedule will be determined with the right candidate.
Some flexibility required.

A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
You will be reporting to our office in Waukesha.
Our Waukesha clients have appointments mostly in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties but could also need rides outside of this area.
Responsibilities:
Provide rides to seniors and adults with disabilities using Eras' vehicles Track rides and mileage while driving Eras vans Oversee volunteers that will provide ride-along support to individuals who utilize Eras vans Assist with onboarding of van assistants, as needed Accurate and timely reports of all activities Assist with vehicle maintenance, getting gas, car washes, etc.
Attend applicable trainings Core Functions Ensure effective communication for all clients and community members Assist with client calls as needed Ensure that vehicles are clean, in good repair and have gas Document any concerns with vehicle or riders and report to supervisor Effectively handles conflict resolution Drives defensively Operates technology provided effectively Essential skills and
Experience:
Experience in working with seniors or experience driving people required.
Good written and verbal communication skills reflecting excellent customer service skills.
Effective listening skills, caring and compassionate demeanor Meticulous attention to detail with strong emphasis on thoroughness, accuracy and follow up.
Good attention to detail, the ability to multitask and organize, the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt, positive attitude towards change, and a constructive and creative approach to problem solving.
