We are a growing, family organized company currently seeking an innovative, highly motivated, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Coordinator.
We currently have both Part Time and Full Time remote positions available (MUST RESIDE WITHIN THE CST TIME ZONE - Milwaukee WI area preferred) with the opportunity for relocation and growth within the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor daily routes through Excel based tracking system Use proprietary Order Management Software to review notes/photos from installation appointments to validate completion and customer satisfaction Communicate with contracted individuals, consumer and retail client via phone to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction Gain entry level knowledge on the appliance installation process to be able to help guide customers experience Be able to proficiently work remotely Availability Requirements:
Full Time:
40 Hours Weekly Monday-Saturday availability required Standard Shifts:
Open (7:
00am-3:
30pm), Mid (8:
00am-4:
30pm) and Close (9:
30am-6:
00pm)
Qualifications:
2 years of work-related experience (customer service or appliance installation/sales) Strong business acumen Exceptional communication and administrative skills Positive attitude with the ability to multitask Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft suites Bachelors in logistics support, business or related field - preferred not required Experience using Descartes or similar routing systems - preferred not required In order to be considered for the position please ensure you complete all pre-screen questions, skill tests and phone screen via the indeed application process.
