We need a new and USED car manager who knows how to sell cars and motivate the sales staff to do the same.

Responsibilities:
Coach and support the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process Maintain profitability of your teams Manage all showroom activities Build rapport with customers to establish customer network Buy cars to sell Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New & Used team, Internet Sales team Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system Establish delivery procedures Ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and schedulin of the first service appointment Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars Appraise vehicles, manage used car reconditioning Help manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales department Qualifications Prior sales management experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Understanding of inventory control Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, CRM) Professional appearance and strong work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen Job Type:
