Job Description Summary
As the Clinical Delivery Leader you will be an integral part of the Digital Health Outcomes Delivery team. Your role is responsible for leading all clinical delivery tasks for each of our digital tools. These solutions include is a secondary patient monitoring alarm system, clinical decision support, wearables, and hospital at home programs.
Critical thinking, baselining, metric development, clinical workflow design, implementation efforts, and post implementation follow through are key components of your role.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities

Acts as the Clinical lead on all projects partnering with our vendors and customers to successfully deploy a customized digital product.

Consults with clients that range in scope and complexity from regional to national centers of excellence to develop digital software initiatives that improve patient safety and meet strict regulatory standards.

Owns the post-sale deployment process from a clinical standpoint - from clinical workflow design, testing, training, and implementation to full adoption.

Customizes training program and follow all compliance guidelines in providing training.

Customizes test plans and conducts end to end testing of the designed digital solution.

Partners with project managers and able to manage fluctuating timelines.

Partners with hospital leaders to establish baseline metrics pre-implementation to demonstrate Solutions effectiveness post Go Live.

Partners with the Customer Success Team to develop data driven clinical recommendations post implementation.

Serves as an effective clinical advisor.

Communicates professionally and effectively with team members and all other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, BSN with 3
years of critical, progressive, or cardiac monitoring patient care experience

Ability to create goals and lead a horizontal team to deliver on the objectives.

Ability to align C suite and bedside nursing staff.

Experience in deploying protocols / procedures as well as training plans for clinicians and successfully implementing those in a clinical setting.

Ability to work when Clinicians are practicing (beyond normal business hours)

Ability to travel 70% within continental United States
Desired Qualifications

Executive-level communication skills.

Experience in delivering complex solutions.

Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, TQM, etc.)

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $102,000.00-$153,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
