Service Desk Analyst-2nd Shift

Duties
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Analyze customer problems and provide accurate and timely solutions
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and updates
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting LAN, TCP/IP, and firewall issues
- Experience with software troubleshooting on various platforms (Windows, Linux, Office)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) for tracking and documenting customer issues
- Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools for issue tracking and resolution

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
