As the Accounting Clerk you will be doing billing, credit card processing, entering invoices into QuickBooks, filing invoices, and matching PO''s to invoices. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, answer incoming calls and answering customer questions. This is a small office environment. Must be able to work independently.
